How do I withdraw money from GameSoftbank Wallet?
In order to withdraw the balance to your bank account, please ensure that your GameSoftBank account has been verified by Myinfo.
Here are the steps to add your bank account. Withdrawals you make will be deposited into your bank account.

Whenever there is an offer made by the buyer, the offer will be locked under deposit.
How do I start selling games on the GSB platform?
You can start selling games by adding the game titles in your stash inventory. From the Stash, you may set your selling price and preferred location to drop off in the event of a successful match.
How do I buy games on the GSB platform?
You may use the platform to browse for the selling price of the game you are interested in, you may also offer your buying price in the event if the selling price is above your preferred buying price.
Can I change my mind after placing a game for sale (WTS) or put up an offer (WTB)?
Once there is a successful match, the deposit will be locked and unable to cancel/reject unless
- The seller failed to drop off
- Product rejected by the participating retailers , damage, etc.
Where deposit will be returned back to the buyer’s wallet.
Can I still reject selling after a successful match on the GSB platform?
You may reject selling by not fulfilling the drop off within the designated period, however we strongly discourage such action to improve the buyer experience. Do note that frequent rejection after successful matches will result in account suspension.
Can I still reject buying after a successful match on the GSB platform?
You will not be able to reject a successful match unless the product is faulty etc.
How do I know if there is a successful match on the GSB platform?
Once there is a successful match between the buyer and seller, there will be a notification via the app/email.
Where can I drop off or pick up the game after a successful match on the platform?
Currently, we have partnered with Toy Or Game Retail outlets for the drop off and collection point. You may select the preferred outlets from the apps.
When can I go down to drop off or collect the game after a successful match on the GSB platform?
Once there is a successful match, the seller will first receive the notification of drop off notice while the buyer will receive the successful match, locking the deposit. Once the seller makes the drop off, there will be a notification sent to the buyer for the pick up via the GSB platform app.
